The minimum rental is for one week and runs from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. Additional days can be added only if the following week is not being used. A $400 deposit is required with your reservation to hold your time.    If multiple parties inquire about the same rental period, the first deposit received holds the time.  If less than one week rental is desired, or alternate starting and ending days are desired, please contact us for availability.

The final payment is due three weeks prior to your arrival.  Please include an additional $400 for a damage deposit.  This will be fully refunded, after you leave, if there is no damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified no less than 90 days prior to the time reserved. If less than 90 days notice is given, the refund will depend on whether or not another rental is obtained for your time period.
